To EQUIP them with the Gospel of Jesus Christ;
And to SEND them out to share and invite others so that all might know.
What's a CLUSTER? (formerly known as Small Group Ministries)
There's something about a good family reunion that reminds us of who we are and from where we've come. They're a time where you can be yourself and be accepted. Like reunions, Clusters are a time with the church family when you are free to be who you are, a time to know who are you and from where you come. Clusters can be five people; they can be as many as 20 people, and they are the easiest way to build friendships and get plugged in with like-minded people. Contact a Cluster leader and get connected.
Fellowship Luncheon Anyone looking to grow in their gifts of fellowship are encouraged to join others by attending the Fellowship Luncheon at K&W Cafeteria in the Copperfield Shopping Center on Dale Earnhardt Blvd. in Concord on the third Wednesday of each month at 11:00 a.m. Contact Betty at 704.782.0890.
Men's Bible Study & Coffee Every man needs a time with other men to share and talk about life issues. This group gathers on the first Saturday morning of each month at 9:00 a.m. at the Dilworth Coffee House located in the shopping center at the corner of Poplar Tent and George Liles Freeway. Contact Don at 704.644.5572 or at whipmeister@earthlink.net.
Worship Team Musicians, singers, technicians or anyone wanting to get involved and trained meet Thursday nights for worship team practice at 7:00 p.m. at Trinity. Contact Dave at 704.782.9662 or gwendave@ctc.net.
Prayer Groups Anyone with a passion for a strong prayer life is invited to join one of the men's or women's prayers groups which meet on Thursday at Trinity Church at 8:00 p.m. for a time of sharing and prayer. Groups follow the Lutheran Via de Cristo prayer model and are encouraged to deepen their faith journey through a spiritual retreat weekend.
